How billing works

Set up for free
Create your school, import students and try every feature. No card, nothing to pay.

One invoice a month (or a year)
When the trial ends you get an invoice for your plan, with 7 days to pay. It renews each month or year automatically.

Pay by bank transfer
Our account details are on every invoice. Pay from your bank or wallet app, the way you pay any bill.

Upload the receipt, done
Press “I've paid”, enter the transaction ID and a screenshot. BN Tech confirms within one working day.
Change plans any time. Upgrade, downgrade or switch to yearly from Settings → Plan & billing.
Cancel any time. Your school keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Late payment? Everything keeps working for 14 days after the due date; then the school becomes read-only, never deleted, until the invoice is paid.

How long does it take to set up?+
Most schools are running the same day: add your classes, import students from Excel, invite teachers. The setup guide walks you through it.
Do parents need to install an app?+
No. Parents and students sign in from any phone browser and see attendance, homework, results, fees and the timetable for each child.
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes. Contact BN Tech and we will set you up to try it.
What happens to my data if I stop?+
It stays yours. Your school becomes read-only instead of being deleted, and BN Tech can give you a copy of your records.
Does the AI change anything by itself?+
Never. The AI can answer questions and prepare drafts, but every change or message waits for a person to approve it.
